Insure Response LLC, a division of InSite Support Services, is seeking bilingual candidates to fill service rep positions. Under general supervision, in a 24/7 in-bound call center our representatives will interact with customers to provide prompt, courteous customer service which meets or exceeds service standards using applicable software programs, websites, and internal procedures to take payments, respond to customer inquiries, file first notice of loss information for insurance companies, process rate quote requests from customers and provide professional and administrative services for our Clients.

Flexible Scheduling Available! Evening & Weekend Availability is a REQUIREMENT.  || Evening/Weekend part-time positions available.

Bilingual positions include an hourly differential for qualified candidates

Starting base wage up to $13.85/hour -- dependent upon experience, skills and licensing.

51. Unlicensed applicants must be able to successfully complete any  licensing requirements and training programs and progress to a licensed (P&C) agent within a designated time frame. Becoming a licensed producer for the State of South Carolina entails a criminal background check applicant would need to submit to; in addition, must be at least 18 years of age in order to become licensed.  Unlicensed part-time hours are available in additional to full-time positions.

Property & Casualty insurance experience is highly valued, but not required. Interviews are scheduled with only the most qualified candidates.

Bilingual differential available for qualified candidates. || Shift differential available for evenings and weekends for all employees || If you are currently licensed or have been in the past, indicate such on application

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:

Proper phone etiquette; Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately; Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar; High attention to detail

Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment; High degree of knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Effective listening skills; Willingness to cooperate with others and work to the greater good; Multi-tasking capabilities; Minimum 12 hours of weekend working availability on a Saturday or Sunday

Desired Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Previous customer service and administrative experience in an office setting or call center environment

Insurance industry experience

Property & Casualty (P&C) or Life & Health (L&H) Producer’s License

Conditions:

Must be able to sit for long periods of time

Position requires use of headset/microphone
