InSite Support Services, Inc. / Insure Response LLC  is a 24/7 inbound call center.
We provide administrative and call services for insurance agencies, companies, associations and other targeted clients.

 
Unlicensed BILINGUAL applicants MUST be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs and progress to a licensed (P&C) sales agent within a designated time frame.   Becoming a licensed producer for the State of South Carolina entails a criminal background check which applicant would need to submit to; in addition, must be at least 18 years of age in order to become licensed.  Applicant MUST have 12 hours of Saturday *or* Sunday work availability, as well as evening work availability. P&C insurance experience is highly valued, but not required. Interviews are scheduled with only the most serious and highly qualified persons. Bilingual skills are highly valued as well.
 
Starting base wage up to $11.00/hour dependent upon licensing, experience and skills.  || Bilingual differential available for qualified candidates.  || Ability to earn up to $12.00/hr within 90 days + Bonuses!!
 Shift differential wage available for evenings and weekends || If you have a current or past insurance license, please indicate the same on application



Evening & Weekend Availability is a REQUIREMENT
Full and Part Time shifts available -- Must be able to attend a two week training class for six hours a day/five days a week!!

Insurance Sales & Service Representative Job Summary: Under general supervision, in a 24/7 in-bound call center environment Insure Response Service Representatives will interact with customers to provide prompt, courteous customer service, which meets or exceeds service standards. Representatives will utilize applicable software programs, websites, and internal procedures to respond to customer inquiries, file first notice of loss information for insurance companies, process rate quote requests from customers and provide professional and administrative services for our Clients. All calls and actions taken on the call will be thoroughly documented. Services will be provided by clearly communicating in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.

>> Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:
  • Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet;
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about insurance products or other professional services;
  • Gather customer's information and determine required steps for results and resolutions;
  • Understand and utilize all resources available to accomplish assigned tasks;
  • Follow standard processes, procedures, regulations and guidelines to include internal, client-mandated and government maintained;
  • Abide with all mandated compliance processes and procedures to protect end user's vital data;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
  • Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism;
  • Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers' and clients' business;
  • Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
  • Follow-up with and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;
  • Stay current with compliance and process information, changes and updates;
  • Actively participate in training programs and cross training to maximize team efficiency and maintain or exceed service standards; and
  • Communicate openly with Supervisor and other team members to ensure accurate responses and to avoid duplication of efforts

>> Job Requirements
  • Representatives must obtain required state producer license(s) within a designated time period.  Additional licenses may be required when new products or services are implemented.  If a representative fails to or is unable to obtain required licenses with the time period designated, they may be ineligible to continue in the position.       
     
>> Desired Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
  • Previous customer service and administrative experience in an office setting or call center environment
  • Sales experience (retail or telephone sales)
  • Automobile insurance sales
  • Insurance agency and/or company experience
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer's License (preferred)
  • Life & Health (L&H) Producer's License
>> Conditions:
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Position requires use of headset/microphone
  • In order to proceed into the position of Licensed Sales Agent (P&C Producer), must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and pass SC state P&C exam.
  • Must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.

 
Chosen candidates MUST be available to attend orientation along with a multi-week training program. 
Training time/hours are NOT representative of a future work schedule
